Clinton and the early Democratic Congress pushing for people with very low income to achieve "The American Dream"! Thats what started all of this! Now add the lenders scamming the public(actually giving them what they want) putting people in houses that they had no business buying in the first place. And housing eventually burst, took some years, but it did!
