strong finishing stocks from Tuesday, only if the market goes up Wed. DRI, AKAM, CRS. Adbe and aapl held up surprising well, but I usually don't trade the last two. Tomorrow FOMC which can change the market in a heartbeat. At your own risk please.
I went heavy into cash today, too. I took profits that had accumulated since June. We're at a tipping point here, and a lot is in the balance: 1) Mid-term elections 2) Geopolitical risks 3) FOMC 4) Housing bubble is definitely bursting (look at new permit and inventory numbers) I'll still trade if I can find bargains out there. I'm not seeing too many, though, and I'm also worried about P/E expansion in the face of lower Q3 earnings that would make what appeared to be value stocks not such bargains in a few short weeks.
