What brokers allow you to make single order option spread trades?

Discussion in 'Options' started by Wade Wilson, Sep 16, 2018.

  1. What brokers allow you to make single order option spread trades? For example I want to buy a call option at 50 and sell the same option at 51 and enter it as one order rather than selling the call on one ticket and buying on another.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

Well, any broker can do this. If yours cannot, then it's maybe time to change.

  3. Maybe that's why I'm asking for suggestions.

If I read this right, you want to buy and sell the same option, at different prices, and enter it as one spread order? Or are you asking once you are filled on a buy order you want to automatically have a sell order entered.

His example was to buy the 50/51 call spread with one order.

I hope that's the question Bob. I read it to read he wanted to buy a call option at 50 and sell the same one at 51, for a guaranteed profit.

All brokers pretty much. Any brokers that offer brokerage services in options would offer this.
