I think it's a bad idea to trust your system to a 3rd party. Too risky, they can disassemble it or simply trade for themselves unmodified (and possibly decrease the lifespan of the system).
I would avoid Tradestation if you have a tight and profitable system - go with XTrader through www.vcapfutures.com or www.velocityfutures.com There are better ways to run your dual data strategy with better data feeds than TS's.
