Hi, does anybody know if we as private investors are able to participate in a secondary offering, specifically does IB offer this? There would be so much money to be made here I.e., Suntech Power offering was priced at 12.50 today, do not think the stock will see this level today. Thanks for your answers!
If it is a hot ipo it is usually allocated to institutional clients. if i recall correctly secondaries are usually allocated to existing holders of the stock
