Didn't say it was bad. I just said it's not great.

  4. Ohh, I lived on Ramen for two months when I was 16.

Actually at the time I didn't seem to mind but I sure as hell don't want to try it now.

no way, too much meat is not good. You need less fat and more carbohydrates, or you can add fat and hypertense to your list.
At least try more vegetables. And good oil. Like De Cecco :)

    you don't understand

Lamb from European Alps is completely different stuff from meat you yanks are eating

    no vaccinations
    no steroids
    no antibiotics
    no artificial food

only clean air, water and grass

and if it gets sick, it is removed, not processed like in US

    but its a bit pricey

  7. I just love generalizations.

"Put it in your pantry with your cupcakes."

I'm not a yank, and meat is meat, sorry to say that. Better or worse, it's still fat and proteines. No carbohydrates, no vitamines.
    Diet has to be balanced.

ok look you, you vegy boy

I will drop the act, after all I do have a 4 year degree in microbiology

    balance is right

but proteins are very good for developing brain and for overall concentration

and as a matter of fact, species that consume proteins evolve mentally much faster

while some plants do give proteins, the most efficient way is through meat

and if you ever worked hard on a farm, a nice vegy meal isn't as energy giving as nice hunk of meat
