I'd say Jacksonville, FL is still growing. Where else is still booming, and where would you find data on GDP ( or employment) for a metro area?
Wash, DC is relatively unscathed in this recession, because the fed is still hiring bureacrats...5000 I hear in the last several years and the gummint keeps gettin bigger!
