Oh, I understood it as "it's been going so well, I might turn to washing toilets for enjoyment". Hence my suggestion.
My degree is in agriculture, and I owned/ran a horticultural business for 15 years. I've had a paycheck/made money in... Real estate Construction Teaching (University) Several areas in health fields Sculptor/artist I've managed real estate properties most of my life ...several of the above overlap each other. I was attending a 'Rich Dad' event about real estate. At the start he was testing the mike, etc, and he said he would answer any questions from the audience before the event actual began (but the crowd was there). Someone asked how he would start over if he lost everything. He said that while we were here to talk about real estate, if he had to start over with little or nothing... he would do it via 'paper'... the market. ['Paper' as opposed to real estate or owning a business -- the three things he recommends for diversity.] I had owned a few stocks, but that was it. After hearing what he said, I began studying, taking classes, reading books. Over time... I like trading futures far more than options or other things. I like the daily challenge and focus.
