What are the intra-day position limits on ES and CL?

Hi everyone.

At what amount of contracts for ES and CL do restrictions of any sort begin to set in?

Not just limits, but also reporting requirements, etc. How does it work?

Assuming I do not hold any position past market close at 4:15PM ET.

Any info regarding overnight (16:00-18:00 ET) is appreciated also.
