Good baseline, I personally wouldn't waste any time for less than 1000% per annum.

Yes, trend following, T/A, fundamental analysis is BS. I'm not going to steer you away from it, but I trade every day and work about an hour every morning.
I do not have a second job, I trade for a living and I've done it for some years now.
I was formerly a flow trader & transitioned to prop. The edges available to bank/prop traders are not available to retail traders.
Seriously, read everything about what I said on my earlier post. Read 15c3-1 from the Sec. Read Richard Werner's research papers, and read everything about buisness cycles. It will take thousands of hours.

You're on ET so it means you want to do this for a living. My suggestion.... read every single post/thread Maverick74 & Atticus have ever posted. Don't spend money on get rich quick & don't trust "a new system for ruling the market."

It might take a year, ten or never.
If you want a more guaranteed path, go become a surgeon and invest in the index. That has produced many winners.

    You don't need proof.

It might take a year, ten or never, prolly the truth of the matter....never.

Lol thanks for trying to sound smart.
I have an audited third party track record,
if you've got proof of funds, I'll provide the documentation. It's as simple as that, one doesn't need to parade around and lie about what they do. It hurts everyone.

Where are the risk adjusted audited returns for Jack Hershey? I'm waiting.

You'll be waiting an eternity, JH has gone to his maker.
JH was an ecentric, no-one could make head or tail of his ramblings bar other ecentrics.

I think win rate is a useful statistic where the possible payoff and loss are known at the time of trade entry - like in certain option strategies, card games, sports betting, etc.

For most other trading strategies this is not really a useful metric in my opinion when compared to things such as sharpe ratio etc.

I quit my day job a long long time ago and trading is my only job, but I work very hard at it, way more than your 1 hr a day. :banghead:

Thanks for your recommendation, I will go back reread your posts again and look up Richard Werner's papers.

Maverick74 is one of my favorites. I changed the way I trade options after I read his posts.

    Regards,

Well now...you just must have Tiny tiny SL LIKE 1 tick and a huge big PT like 100 points..ROFL. LOSE 50 times in the ES you lose 12.5 points. Win on 51st trade you make 100 points. Figure 5.00 comm rt. Net after comm 4,125.00 ...SO ON PAPER POSSIBLE BUT is it realistic? ROFL.
