Anyone who travels extensively in Latin America (I put myself in that category) knows that within each country there is an unspoken class system of the white Spanish descendants and the Black and mixed raced (Native American or African) citizens. The darker the skin the lower the society status and position and job. Socialism practiced for real (not the dictatorship in Cuba) cannot eliminate racism which is within a person's soul, not the form of government. Cuban dictatorship means that they shit on every single person which is the only way someone can say something as fucktarded as least inequality because they are all oppressed and kept poor no matter what the race is in a dictatorship. What the idiot is basically saying is that her ignorance of the form of government Cuba has is compounded by the fact that she believes oppressing the entire population down to shitty dogs is a sign of leastinequality among the people..... dumbass. For those still using the socialism word in Cuba, let me tell you a story. If you want to go to Law School in Cuba you have to apply to the government to get in to one of a few law schools. University of Havana is their Harvard so to speak. The government tells you which school you can go to. Once you graduate, depending on your grades and academic record, the GOVERNMENT tells you where you are authorized to practice law. The smarter higher level students get to pick and often choose Havana. Everyone else has to submit their choices and the government decides where you will go to work. Same exact thing happens with medical school. The government determines where to spread the doctors and lawyers throughout the country under the guise of making sure all have access to legal and medical services. However legal services is a joke because who is going to sue or file a complaint in any personal or business dealing. Criminals dont get real legal representation and you will never be able to sue the government. In most cases it is just to fill out paperwork for government programs. That is not socialism.... that is pure government control and dictatorship plain and simple. Even in China students are free to go study abroad and choose where they work and what they do for work. china sends the most foreign students the U.S. than any other country by a large margin I believe. Good luck trying that in Cuba except to Venezuela or China or Russia.
