A corp fee I am very informed in it is: $350 for corp setup LLC or INC minium of $350 for accountant a year I pay around $2k a year for an accountant because they do all my books. So if you can make more then $700 Its viable because you can write off a lot of more expenses on a inc then a personal income tax for sure. I write off a LOT of shit on my corp account, Thingsf I buy on newegg, all my restaurants outings as meetings lol , supplies, you can also recieve investments for other people into your inc account, makes it easier like that. @ $10k a year, its not advisable to open a corp account, you have more tax headaches to file , if you have yourself as an employee, you also have to pay state tax/insurance/ lots of etc on top of the salary. Go above $60k , it should be more viable. btw they are auditing more S-corps lately
I trade with Assent LLC and they do not allow any corporate prop traders. An earlier poster said he had problems setting up an LLP with IB. Does anyone know what top brokerages will allow corporations to day trade with them?
Also - in order to trade your own funds in a retirement account (which I agree would be a tremendous benefit given the tax avoidance), I'm fairly certain you must do this in a retail account...right? Prop firms won't let you trade your own assets, let alone trade outside of one of their sub-accounts. Am I missing anything?
