Start with a very small position. Get used to go in and out and accept the risk. The first aim is to trade all your signals. Making tons of money is not important in the first stage. Papertrading can sometimes help too, as you see in real time the result of each trade. It is much better than trading with hindsight view. All this can build your confidence again. And once confidence is strong, trading becomes easier. You have probably a mental/emotional problem. So probably not about good or bad tradingplan or strategy.
You clearly don't know the problem and were never confronted with it. I am afraid of bungee jumping, saw hundreds of people do it and never anything went wrong. So there's no reason to fear jumping, but I will never jump. Why are there people who are afraid of flying in a plane, touching spiders...? Your subconscious is a very powerful thing that can block you completely. Even if you wish or try to overrule it. Maybe read this small story to understand the problem: https://theunboundedspirit.com/short-story-the-elephant-and-the-rope/ And this about the power of your subconscious: https://lonemind.com/power-of-the-subconscious-mind/
I'd say, don't go all in. Take everything slow, step by step and you'll be all good overtime. Remember, Patience and practice are the most important things.
Experiencing fear is normal. As you know the reason behind your fear, use them to make better trading decisions. Wish you good luck!
When I started to trade in the forex I was afraid of losing money. But this is normal, everyone goes through it, so i would recommend starting gaining knowledge about the forex market. This will give you confidence while trading. Don't hurry, money needs time to multiply.
Fear of trading is quite obvious if you’ll jump into live trading without proper knowledge and strategy. Start with gaining knowledge and then go for demo trading. Once you are confident enough, go for live trading but never ever forget to create a strategy and always stick to it.
