I have been trying to find information on quality news feeds, but it seems to be kind of hit and miss. I have heard positive things amount Reuters & Bloomberg, but everything I have read says something to the effect of ...this ones good, bad, cheap or expensive ...no one really breaks it down and says Reuters is this much and its really worth it. Can anyone clarify someone of the options out there ? I don't mind paying because with something like this you get what you pay for, and I don't really want to save $.. and get it the info 15 min later.
Some I know of are, NewsEdge TIGER, TrackData NewsWare, and Dow Jones, e.g.: http://www.dowjones.com/salesandtrading/product-elementized-news-feed.asp Not sure how much any of these cost or what their quality level is. Thomson-Reuters has services as well, but these can get pretty expensive I think.
