I have a 3 month work placement next year in the Industrial Bank of Japan, does anybody knwo what their reputation is like in sales and trading? How large are the trading volumes there do they pay top traders well? Are they respected in currency trading, is this a big area for them? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Nick
