If we have a war with Saudi Arabia and we locate enemy combattants hiding in the mosques there, are the mosques off limits to attack? Why / why not? Should we build synagogues and churches in a liberated Saudi, since the current fanatics don't allow them? Should we outlaw the burqa there and legalize brothels and casinos there?
