The russel has yet to participate the last 2 days while the ndx has just gone straight up. Russel 2000 breaking 800 again on the downside.
The russel index is full of crappy, choppy small cap pump-and-dump stocks. large cap is where the gains are and where the money is flowing. Small cap was great in the 90's but those days are over.
