It may be less illegal for the insiders to grant themselves the other kind of options. CYBX is currently getting hammered because after their device got FDA approval, while the stock was in the midst of a day-long trading halt, the board granted executives a bunch of options, using the price of the stock before it was halted. The SEC has started an informal inquiry.
Anyone here trading/arbing this deal ? Which contracts do you like ? Getting $61 a share, my thought is 50/55 JUL CALLS and the 60 JUL PUTS for WGR but what about APC tracts?

i'll avoid this 3 way just in case a fourth shows up post-acq. spreads narrow/pre-acq. spreads widen this is a tough sob to trade with options now
