nravo - so what in your opinion are the biggest negatives for someone to live part of the time in south Florida these days (Boca or south to Miami....this area)....thanks!

 

I hope you speak Spanish if you move to Miami, not necessarily a negative, just a point!

Just wanted to get in the conversation, it case we meet up some time.

 

I'm in my late 20's and moved from San Diego to South Florida. If your choice is between CA and FL, trust me, go with CA.

 

Pompano is an under rated town. Great place.

 

I am moving to South Florida. This post is slightly old and wonder if there are any traders to meet up with who are nice and intelligent? No history of insanity please.

 

I knew a Tish years back that lived around the coral springs florida area, is that you???

 

I sure regret selling my townhouse in WPB back in 98 for around the same amount I paid for it back in 87 ( like around $54k)..They are now going for over $200k

 

Leaves me out.
