I used to own a Quiznos franchise, worst investment I ever made. Sold for a substantial loss a few years later. And I agree, I love the subs, but food quality is definitely not the only determinant of success. I was in a Wendy's for the first time in over a year, and I was very disappointed. I'm cheap and usually order off the value menu, the value burgers are much smaller than they used to be, and they raised the price as well. Not a winning recipe. I'll stick with MCD in the future. Bottom line, I think WEN is in trouble as well.
