    Yeah that scene is a bad news but the message abides. If this was a junk food joint, then you got a long way to go with that little caffeine thingy, hell you don't even have any twinky dip recommendation. (I before E except in caffeine and Budweiser.)

    Foodwise, not much ages better than the film Waiting. Covers a lot of ground. You know it, you love it. (Same for Rudy Ray Moore's "The Dolomite swam across the ocean..." as well, but that's niether here nore there.) Does Waiting ring a bell when you're eating food out? Be nice to the wait staff iykwgfy, lol. Think MaxBoo dines out very much. Is there enough floor spice to accomodate

    Never seen the movie "Waiting". Looks funny, but I'm back on a Game Of Thrones binge, because they have an offshoot coming late summer, so catching up on that. Only 5 more seasons to go, heh.

    Bucket list worthy.
    As is Rudy Ray's "The Dolomite", an epic tale worthy of enshrinement for the ages in the vein of Homer's Odyssey books 9-12, fer sure, especially considering the Laurence Olivier worthy delivery of the masterpiece. Perfection.

    no feeling other than less is more ;) I did a ketogenic diet and cut out carbs several years ago - definitely worked but it sucks for biking - maybe good for time trials or triathlons but definitely not good for mountain biking

    How much sugar would you suppose is in that munchie-chow chocolate you devour?
    Work out today? What 3 days per week do you have open to work out?
    Are you negatively inclined to hold yourself accountable by measuring your actual vs tried workouts by posting that stat here? Are you more an ongoing fantasy guy or a reality guy?

    The benefit of roasted Cacao beans is that they allow the benefits of chocolate and beyond while containing no added sugar.
    You can always just down a few tablespoons of sugar if that's what you need. Simple.

    Worked out today - I'm usually doing bike intervals Tue/Thur with races or outside rides Sat/Sun and I'm doing weight workouts Mon/Wed/Fri.
    If I don't work out my scorecard will b D or F for fitness depending on diet - if I don't work out but I eat super healthy it is a D - F otherwise. If I do workout the baseline starts with an A and gets downgraded based on shit I'm eating.
