Funny thing was that I didn't think I was aggressive enough. Sometimes its hard to know when we should really push the pedal to the metal but I think its the ability to hold back that allows us to stay in the game over the long run.

Nice start to the week. spent a lot of time working on my trading computer as it caught some spy ware and I reloaded the whole OS which is not as simple as it sounds on this system. + 1595 for the day
Having a nice customer service is not much of a consolation prize for not being able to fix the problem. I would be buying a new lightning fast rig, pack it full of the fastest memory, load a fresh copy of xp pro, load TS and your strategy, and add the latest/greatest security programs. And have this as the trading terminal, no internet surfing, no extra programs. Add a few extra contracts onto your daily size, and pay for it in a week. Save the receipts, and expense it at the end of the year as the cost of doing business.
Was a busy day of a lot of scalping. Watched LVS for much fo the day. LVS did come back some at the close of the day but most of the day Scalped XL for a couple of hours. + 389 QQQQ Scalped + 1 JEC was traded to the short side and turned into a scratch. ACI, traded discretionary + 357 AU - H Traded back and forth a little bit but kept looking for the target price to close out with a profit which never came. Holding overnight the remaining short. + 70 + 819 Day
Your right about that. The thing is that I do have a super fast system. Dual (not dual core) 3.2 gig xeon HP workstation with 4 gig of ram and XP pro x64 OS. So you would guess that it was not my system but here is the thing about TS. They don't care about my system but they do care about making sure that TS is working correctly on my system regardless of why it was not. They have called me everyday during times that I asked and held off when I asked at the last minute. They have run through everything on my system and and walked me though making changes to just about everything and the whole time all I heard was "Mr. Weinstein......" with just about everything they said. TS is a huge step above in customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. Another way of to put it is that they took ownership of the problems I was having and have made it clear by their words and actions that they will not stop until its working perfectly and I am happy. Its too early to say that TS is working perfectly for me but I can say that in the last two days I have had no problems and thats compared to having problem after problem all day long. With adjustments made to my computer it appears that we may have it solved. Keep in mind that I have six monitors and over 900 symbols on my radar screen running custom scans. Bottom line. I am impressed with TradeStation support.
