Hey Iceman, Probably a good thing to be rid of it. It's totally on crack. I did make a trade with it today but it didn't even last a minute. Took my profit and called it good. Best Robert
Not much for trading today. One trade and it didn't last very long. I traded DMND to the LONG side as a momo type trade when it was popping higher the first time today on volume. In under 40 seconds from fill to fill, I was out with $0.75 in gains and willing to call it good. While it did manage to move a little higher leaving me wondering if I left a lot of money on the table, it soon fell back below my entry. All in all a good day with some trading gains and mostly a lot of writing along with trying to stay awake. Wow was I tired today and all day long too...
Zero trades yesterday or today. It's really not very easy finding over bought stocks in a bear market. I did manage to do a lot of writing though so it's not a total waste and actually managed to get everything done I wanted to do (something that seems to be a challenge at times) Both eyes will be focused on RIMM tomorrow. It traded below 15 today for the first time in years ( i believe may of either 04 or 05 was the last time). It should be good in terms of action.
As fate will have it, I went long RIMM today with under an hour before the close. As many by now know, about an hour and half after the closing bell, Reuters reported Microsoft, Nokia and especially Amazon have taken a look at RIMM to see if there was a deal to be made. That of course shot the stock higher in after hours trading and likely will have some follow through tomorrow. Hopefully beyond a gap and crap. So it's currently happy holidays to be and a big thank you to Amazon for the early Christmas gift.
hat off to you. do you think market is in your control? do you think market will realize your "bright smart idea"? the gravity law: some birds will never learn to fly again, just like the turkey. decades ago, even dyninosure can fly. wish you good luck, happy holiday.
congratulations, turkey flies! fading is very appealing. fading is a backward stratey, just in driving, if you want to reverse, you look at rear mirror. do not forget about trend following, that is a forward strategy, most profits from here, like in driving, we look ahead to drive to reach our target.
Hello Trader, You're a funny guy, but your starting to quote yourself right after you write things......that's even more funny.... Do I think I control the market?? Well Yes, I watched star wars with my sons three times this month. It's called Jedi Mind control. Try it sometime Best to you and yours this holiday season. May your next year be filled with fun, love and lots of winning trend following trades!!! Robert
