Websites like Anonymouse, that replace your computer's address with theirs (for instance, if you want to send an anonymous message), would also be blocked.
In other words, the government now demands to "read your mail", and track your activity.

Internet commerce worth trillions is at stake because Congress got a few hundred thousand dollars more in contributions from the entertainment industry.
They can't really block VPN usage and that is what many of us are migrating to.
