I'm currently using theflyonthewall.com to track secondary equity offerings. I would like to know if someone has other good sites which cover the announcements, rumors and pricings of the secondary equity offerings.

Thanks. Im particularly interested in sites that list an approx date for the pricing of the secondaries. Do you know of any others ?

Same site will give you what you are asking for, I think.

Click on the ! button for the Key Data of the SPO. For example, here is the Key Data for AXS:
