Gmail's performance has been poor in recent months. There are limits on attachments, and I've had problems sending small attachments as well. Gmail Drive is a nice app: http://www.viksoe.dk/code/gmail.htm
So, here is the plan so far. One dedicated PC (laptop when traveling) for trading. One PC for drifting around the web. Music & video /photos on another PC, different location in the house. Mail courtesy of Gmail. Is my new new setup? regards f9
That's my setup, but I have a half-dozen systems. I agree that using the web-interface instead of outlook is the best-bet. I have five gmail accounts and use some of my accounts for external storage. Only a gig, but it's free.
My email address is .com via register.com Can Gmail work through this address in the same manner as OE and Thunderbird
Gmail is as secure as any web-based email can be. Ads along the right side of messages are generated based on the message content.
