  1. Where did you find such a trading chat room?

    Thank you.

You can find a number of them at paltalk dot com

The intent of some of the free rooms there is to funnel you into their pay per month rooms. Caveat emptor. However, if you know nothing about day trading and want to pick up some basics, it's a a good place to start (the free rooms).

  3. takes money to make money. that being said, i have made a consistant living for 5 months as my sole income and plan to continue and eventually leverage out just a bit.

  4. let me guess: you got this from bi mon opt right?? I got the same thing a few weeks ago and it blew my mind!! They cl;aim to have an inside loop on the action with the big guys, which isn't impossible but you have to know what to look for once you find out the big option trades!!

It was ET's chat room. Keep in mind though that just because someone makes live calls and makes money hand over fist doesn't mean you will if you were to trade the same stock at the same time. It also doesn't mean the person making the money hand over fist will continue to do so. Because the trading strategy could be a very high-risk strategy.

I think a chat room's usefulness is for learning the ropes. Trying to piggyback someone's live calls w/o knowing what's going on is a recipe for disaster.

  7. With little exception, I think that living for the big score is more of an affliction than a career choice.

There are very few 'unsuccessful investors/traders' on the internet. In my experience they all make, or at least tell us they do, FORTUNES :)

  10. And that's when they're not doing high fashion modelling shoots in Monaco or performing neurosurgery.
