Weak stocks to short

Nice on PALM. RIG on weekly..presently support on 50 sma, if it breaks (or if one of you break it ) then we got a dubbl topper

 

now is not the time to short
short here, you will be squeezed..

short during rallies, not when the market takes a crapper..

 

How do you guys find some weak stocks technically, in general or in particular? Any pointers/links? Thanks!
