weak dollar = more U.S. jobs?

  1. Well if we can't take jobs back from the Asian countries that are pegging against us, can't we still take jobs back from the rest of the world?

It's almost a superstition to think that just because our dollar goes down in value, everything made in the U.S. will cost more. Why would it, if it's made in the U.S. In fact it would at that point be cheaper to buy stuff made in the U.S. than have it shipped from overseas at a higher rate plus shipping. Suddenly we get jobs back and people start buying and investing in America again because no matter what, we will keep consuming certain things at high rates.

  4. Because, though most of these "politicos" are not terribly bright, it most definitely can be a good thing for the country, depending on the decisions made.
