In 5-4 ruling, Supreme Court allows Trump plan to deny green cards to those who may need gov't aid
The DHS said last year that it would expand the definition of "public charge" to be applied to people whose immigration to the U.S. could be denied because of a concern that they would primarily depend on federal assistance.

The problem with this policy is we are going to end up with immigrants with no desire to become Americans.

People who don’t build a life here but come already set up have no reason incentive to leave their old lives behind.

Yeah, it's not like they don't learn our language, send money back home, don't become citizens and return home when they have enough at this time.

That will happen as a result of Trump's policies. Bunch of stooges are you guys.

  7. Nothing unconstitutional whatsoever.

The Constitution says the President can nominate and the approval and consent of the Senate is required.

No approval was offered by the Senate for Merrick Garland and the constitution does not require a vote on it. Just says if the president wants to have the nominee, he has to get the approval of the senate.

Did Merrick Garland have the approval of the Senate? No.

Why is it Canada our Northern neighbor establishes strick rules on who can apply as legal immigrants. You have to be a professional that Canada needs like Software Developers, Engineers, Doctors, Nurses, etc. Unskilled labor is not one of them. Yet, when the US tries to secure its borders and require immigrants to learn English, be loyal to the US, etc. US is evil, bad, racist, etc.? When the US applies strict rules on prospective immigrants, the extreme liberal Democrats cry foul? Why is it they have their loyalties to "foreigners" instead, of US citizens who actually, voted them into power?

"Now, that Mexican immigration, over the border, is a good thing. It’s a good thing for the illegal immigrants. It’s a good thing for the United States. It’s a good thing for the citizens of the country. But, it’s only good so long as it's illegal."
