  2. Just like the market needs fresh meat to feed the 1% , we need the middle class and poor to feed the 1%. Zero sum dynamics.

this post says something about your level of self control. nobody forces you to read it.
furthermore you don't contradict the statement(with proof of his policies) that obama not is a socialist and has no plan to make Americans dependent on the government when his actions prove otherwise.

  5. The middle class as typically defined is an historical anomaly, as it doesn't exist in genuinely "free market" organizations. Distribution of wealth/power in the natural state follows a Pareto distribution, not the snake-swallowing-mice assumption we currently have (and "believe" is natural/correct/desirable).

This is another issue, one that concerns me greatly. But it is not government originating these laws; it is citizens clamoring for them and government responding. We are losing a little more freedom everyday. If you go to a place like Ecuador or Brazil the contrast is immediately evident. People there have far more personal freedom than in the U.S., but are exposed to more risk as a consequence. I'm happy with that trade-off myself, but others are not. Many laws, however, don't reduce risk and may even increase it, drug laws for example. Still other laws exist only to protect business interests and prevent competition. The U.S. will eventually bury itself under a mountain of bad laws. The U.S. is becoming a Police State. Only the lawyers and the police will be happy. It's a very serious problem.
