  1. I keep hearing the same thing about how Obama is not creating millions and millions of jobs out of thin air.

Like somehow jobs are just supposed to appear like Magic.

Thats why we need to look for a Genie for president. Someone who could snap his/her fingers and POOF!! all the Factories reappear in the US.

All the Management/white collar jobs involved with manufacturing
All the Intramodal transportation jobs required to service manufacturing.
All the QA jobs will appear involved with industry.
All the tech jobs required to service the IT requirments of industry
All the jobs to maintain the CNC and machinery.
    Clothing Manufacture Jobs.
Jobs to Maintain the equipment in Clothing Mfg etc..

    etc..

We need a Genie because Obama is not doing a good Job making factories just appear.

  3. "A light will shine through that window, a beam of light will come down upon you, you will experience an epiphany...and you will suddenly realize that you must go to the polls and vote for Obama"

    Obama 1/7/2008

Damn it. I thought he was The One.

I'd settle for a patriotic statesmen who has actually had a real job, been successful in the private sector and cares more about the future of the US than getting himself re-elected.

  5. You can put God himself as president but it will not change things. As long as we keep handing over our jobs to red china and india no one will fix our economy.

Not Palin, Not the Tea Party, Not Jeb Bush, Not Jindal, No one.

No one will be able to get our economy fixed Republicans or Democrats. All politicians are only interested in getting themselves re-elected.

The United States is like an aircraft that entered a real bad stall and nothing you do will get you out of this uncontrolled stall. Irreparable damage has already been done to our Country.

And Obama is now using taxpayer money to help train companies on how to outsource our white collar tech industry.

Long overdue for term limits, I say.

  8. Gees guys. There are plenty of smart people in America and plenty of money. Men and women with business ideas who'd like to put them in place.

    So what's the hold up?

No money in it. Oh sure you can make some money, be a cash churner, collect from the customer and hand it over to some gov't agency.

I'd be willing to bet more than half of small business aren't making a profit unless some other part of the business is ignored. It's a death spiral.

Individually, rules and regs make sense, collectivley, it's not worth the aggravation.

Suppose the Fed gave back a generous home office deduction, how many people would become self employed? probably thousands by the end of next week. Some will lead to expansion, rent an office, hire help, etc.

There should be exemptions for business with less than x number of employees.

ps. Why doesn't Obama walk over to the Tavern on the Green and kick the union ass. That place was the highest grossing restaurant in the US, pfffttt closed.
