Okay. If you don't want to answer why, it's okay. The answer, of course, is because of the possibilities for bad people to do bad things with them. It's the same reason why many of us are against certain other weapons and in favor of much stricter gun control in this country. So, of course, the level of arms control is not silly or irrelevant, but then what else does one respond with when he just can't admit that arms control in a civilized society is mandatory? At least we both believe in arms control. We just differ on the level. Like I said on page one: STOP THE MADNESS! Now...Will you be campaigning for the reelection of Barack Obama? Just kidding.

You could say that about almost anything, including automobiles for example. But then you said you were OK with banning them. Are you actively campaigning to do so? I didn't say it was, only that YOUR argument for more gun control was silly and irrelevant. I'm not sure that it is "mandatory" at least not the way you and the left seem to think so. Like I said in response, more gun control isn't going to accomplish that. Yet you're fixated on more gun control anyway.
