by the way, is there any study regarding current P/E for SP500, DJIA, Naqdaq stocks and average P/E over last 10 years? Also it would be nice to see P/E for October 1987 in different markets and P/E for US stocks for 1929-1930.

Stocks don't need to reach screaming high P/E ratios in order for a major correction to occur. Just look at 1966, 1973 or 1987.

Maybe the bubble is that stock prices are too cheap. Providing private equity with bubbleiscious profits. If stocks go up 25% there will not be many private equity deals done and their profits will dimminish.
