$700 seems excessive for what amounts to 'buy pullbacks'.

Well hallelujah!
Chase Bank was able to get my funds back from “Wayne’s” HSBC account in Hong Kong.
And they were so happy to do so that they charged me $40.
Guess that was a $40 lesson learned.
