great point ! As long as it isn't used as a form of hedging against inflation, I don't see how it can be bad ? Systems build by men will always have bugs > inefficiencies... At least they should be bugs and not intentionnal features...
Bah. 1) You should trade the markets you understand. Many of these cash-only speculators are real estate agents; this is their market. 2) The use of cash as opposed to taking zero-down loans is good. It's the sort of de-leveraging that this market needs.
