I watch live streaming quotes of a watch list set of stocks at my account at optionsxpress....All the prices will be flashing and at times the speed really picks up as the market moves one way or the other. But then at times, it seems as if someone put the brakes on the entire stock market and things almost come to a stop.. What causes that?
