You mean, spending the stimulus money from the bottom up, instead of from the top down?

 

If by that you mean actually creating some jobs with the porkulus instead of using it for political bribes I would probably say yes.

Yeah, they'll focus on jobs...after they kill aviation, aerospace, defense, IT, communications and anything else related to technology.

 

And probably a mistress as well.
