I would have to agree that he is the rara avis. And most would desire as few of his kind as possible.

Trump's type is not rare. Did you see the vote count?

Trump is supported by millions of like-"minded" clowns.

Your neighbor may not be as sane as you thought.

You have tried this bullshit so many times in the past.
When you are anti closing down the borders and
you have states like CA attracting everyone with free money and healthcare..

    you are pro immigration
    and pro illegal immigration

I agree. I don't think Trump's supporters are rare. I think he, Trump, is rare. And thank god! There has been one Mussolini, one Trump, in a century.

It seems unlikely Trump will end up hanging by his heels. But figuratively, yes; it is quite possible. Trump is waiting for trouble to descend upon him.

  10. Democrats are in a pickle with Pelosi staying on as Speaker.

She has sort of agreed to step down at the end of this next term but they need to move her out to start putting a new and improved face on the dem party before the midterms. They know that.

The pickle though is that if they move her out, it most likely will result in either the election of someone even further to the left or if not then the progressives will be even more rebellious and divided, having failed to get cabinet appointments in any quantity and then if they fail in the speakership then they will just shiite the bed.

I dont know where we ended out but last I followed it, the dems were only ahead by 12 seats in the house and some recounts going on. The normal rotation of political power usually means that the party in the white house loses a pile of votes at midterms, even if the president is popular. Even Obama could not stop the dems from getting slaughtered at the first midterm, although his popularity was up there. What I am getting at is that the dems have a lot of forces against them, whereby it is hard to not lots of votes at midterm even if you are doing sort of okay. Problem is they are only separated by a dozen seats or so, so they cannot handle even a small loss. Nevermind that that they probably will do a pretty crappy job and everyone will see their shiite-show for what it is.

And of course, violins and cheese improve with age- but Joe?- not so much. You gonna take Sleeparious Joe out on the trail to campaign for you at midterms? womp...womp....womp. Feel the burn.
