Wait in a long line for hours with your claim form (somewhat like the DMV), then fill out loads of forms while producing 3-4 different forms of identity, and then your form is taken into consideration. Then an underpaid unmotivated government worker whose boss is an a**hole then processes your paperwork. Months and months go by while you call a 1-800# trying to find out what happened and then that government worker gets fired with the claim forms a mess all over his desk and another unmotivated worker then comes in to process the mess.
