Anyone know of any legit Washington DC or Northern VA prop firms? It would be nice to find that offers no capital contribution requirement if possible. Any and all advice would be appreciated...
as far as I know, there are no prop firms in NOVA/DC area. Bright used to have an office in Herndon, but they went remote while ago. if anyone has other thoughts on this matter, I'd like to know as well.
I do not believe there are any left. There were three or four within a few miles of me back in the day in Bethesda but they all crashed. It seems to me like most here are either very risk averse, or are the type that want to "give you money" and when you double it they give you twenty percent. Just my two cents but very few people I know here have what I see as anything close to the correct psychology, or maybe very few anywhere have it.
