CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa—Russell Wasendorf Sr., was Thursday sentenced to the maximum 50 years in prison after admitting to orchestrating a fraud at the futures brokerage he founded and misleading regulators for almost 20 years.

Corzine was smart enough to not admit guilt, but yes, I think he should pay criminal and civil charges.

the statute of limitations in these kind of cases is ten years

now they are talking about finallly going after Lehman Brothers

You could see some very rich people in jail
