I'm with Steve on this one. The problem is with the broker/data provider, not Ninja Trader. Stop blaming Ninja Trader (which is a truly excellent product and is available for use by a wide number of brokerages) for your minor trading mishaps. Later, Jimmy Jam
OK So change your broker/data provider and find out. And once you've done that, learn how to close all of your applications and turn your machine off, and then turn it back on and launch Ninja Trader again next time you lose your data connection.
