Lifestyle and diet, and generations of it. The US average lifespan is reduced much to the unfortunate tendency of urban youth to kill one another.
There is a difference between single payer (UK) and social insurance which Europe use. The outcomes under social insurance are better than single payer as the graphs above highlight.
Lifestyle and diet certainly do impact maternal mortality. I am not quite sure the same applies to the unfortunate tendency of urban youth to kill one another. Sure, fine... The Italian system is very similar to the UK NHS. Let's just call it "universal healthcare", shall we? While giving birth?
Sorry, I was referring to average lifespan and not maternal mortality. Taking trades and engaging in a forum is even harder than walking and chewing gum.
Government Medicine: Court Declares Child Should Die Rather Than Receive Privately-Funded Health Care https://mises.org/blog/government-m...e-rather-receive-privately-funded-health-care
Can we get the story from a reputable news service? Makes for a good headline--for rational debate, not so much.
