Can someone please explain, how can a Trojan be installed on pc if no attachments in the email were openned and it was just browsed via yahoo or gmail. Also what if pc has mcafee or norton plus spybot plus advare. Thanks, redduke
redduke, I can explain, microsoft windows has so many security flaws that you would really be surprised if you go and see under windows folder the number of updates done on your PC (assuming you even keep updated) you will see great many updates. Most of these updates are security related, but many holes remain for example I can activate a trojan on your computer just by having you open a DOC word file from me if I wanted to using Java and HTML on web pages to manipulate your internet browser to get and install an ultra hidden trojan is not a big deal just like trading, some guys are real fucken good, so your norton and adaware and other MAY NOT MEAN A THING the best trojans by the way are created by government employees they are used for foreign business spying and info used to back up US companies I could tell you a lot more, but you get the picture
I think Cold's explanation is right on the money. Microsoft's OS has many, many holes in it and the bad guys spend their days figuring out how to "exploit" each one..In fact some of the malware programs are called "exploits". Thats why I am thinking of buying a Mac soon for trading...
