Right on. If these people were making all this money trading, then why would they spend the time training others? I would think they would be on a beach somewhere enjoying life, living the good life. Instead trainers spend 8 hours a day, 7 days a week to train because it is "my passion"?? Bullsh't!

And if their systems really worked, why would they be wanting to reveal it? Go ask a poker player for his secrets on winning at poker. You think he is going to tell you? FAT CHANCE. Go on Wall Street and ask the top traders where they are putting their money that day, not after the fact, but that day. Will they tell you? FAT CHANCE!

But in the end who's fault is it really? I blame myself for being so naive. Now I hope to save some others some hardship.

Stay away from OTA. Your wallet and bank account will thank you.

Good going AM Banker. You've changed your id from "Fighting Scams" since the beginning of the thread right?

I'm convinced now in this long thread that you really lost $5k to this marketing scam and I'm sorry you did, and that Deaddog must be affliated or working for OTA and has some marching orders to continue on in this thread. Otherwise this thread struggle wouldn't have lasted as long as it has.

It's a shame that they just teach common and free stuff about trading one could find from many free information sites about trading. For $7k to 25k they keep pushing you'd expect a legit school training one to take a series license or some legit diploma in finance or accounting. Modern day army of snake-oil wagons.

Thankfully I've done what you've suggested and just signed up for an daily online webinar for $279 a month. Without their indicators it was only $179. I found I could duplicate their hidden .dll indicators for the most part. But the host is ok. While he's had a few bad days, the losses weren't severe and the good trades more than make up for them 2:1.

Also one could learn a lot more about trading for a significantly cheaper cost by joining bigmiketrading.com , pay one-time $40 fee for elite membership , get access to all their indicators, and follow all their journals and methods and guest webinars. Probably a lot more ideas and learning opportunity than anything one would learn from OTA if they paid $25k per year. Jack Schwager is going to do a guest webinar within a month or so in fact..

  5. paying $250 a month!!! LOL LOL

say 3000 a year. LOL LOL

and they will try to upsell you every day.

they could care less if you end up in a box on the street, as long as your cc goes through.

    thanks for being a sucker

this is why the "education" business continues.

just find 10 idiots like this.....and maybe 10 more because the first 10 will blow up and run out of money

can you do a reverse mortgage on your house to give them more?

  6. +1

only subscriptions worth paying for are:

    Platform/charting/data feed
Perhaps something like Briefing.com for earnings [if/when you trade earnings]
[any information feed which supports your style of trading]

    PERIOD....

Thank you Frits but I can defend myself. I'll bet that this guy usrx201 is the fat, pudgy faced manager from the Orlando office that I caught picking his nose everytime I asked him a question he couldn't answer.

Sorry usrx201 , didn't switch handles. This is me. I do agree with that person and many others who are telling the truth about this operation. You and others on your team are living in denial. You actually think you run a first class operation and treat everyone fairly and that all of your clients are happy. Then when someone speaks out as I have, it's "the same person with a different handle". "one of our competitors", "a deadbeat client whose cc didn't go through" total b.s. ad nauseum.

Face it OTA - Orlando. You have a lot of unhappy clients and for good reason. You offer a horrible service, poor customer relations, products are way over priced, constant upselling by amateur sales people that appear as though they were trained as used car salesmen and you don't appear to know what the hell you are doing.

When any of us complains or even makes a suggestion, you ask us to leave. Easy to see why there has been so much ownership and employee turnover in only a few years. When will you guys get somebody in there who actually knows how to run a business like this?

Wait, don't shoot! Um, sorry, you've got the wrong guy? I'm on your side. I'm just a stroller who happened by on this thread , and had a lot of fun reading it and the stories like the one with the dirty bathroom during the OTA break! I didn't mean anything about FightingScams/AM Banker ids. I just thought you were the same guy since FightingScams started the first half of the thread and you seem to be on the recent posts.

I've read your anecdotes and totally agree about the scam that is OTA Orlando and anywhere. I agree Deaddog is probably an OTA shill whose been tasked to keep making a presence on this thread.

I joined the $279 room which is a signal and education room, 3 hours a day during the trading hours. Because I'm not up to snuff trading on my own and need some structure. And it's more like coaching. Plus it serves as a signal service room while the host demonstrates the setups. Because it's a lot cheaper than places like OTA and DTI and I got what I was expecting. And this thread warned me away from OTA and places like it that just serve to sell during their breaks and lunches so I found a real trader showing trades signal room. Plus there's a week free trial. (www.futureswizards.com)

No problem! I can understand if my post was misunderstood. I'm very much anti-scam and contributed to emg's scam thread. And good work on exposing Rockwell and others , Fritz. Peace. Too many other trading rooms are filled with fake members and no sign of actual trading or results. Thanks.

My point mentioning the site was that due to this thread I sought a different avenue for more trading education rather than fall prey to the $5k lost by the OP to an "academy" with a slick website and a roster of nicely done photos of staff worldwide. It's hard enough to find any trading education that helps as it is. I probably shouldn't have mentioned the site on this particular thread but there it is. Peace.
