I keep asking but never seem to get an answer.

What did you expect to learn that wasn’t taught?

What was taught that cost you money?

For a 7 day class, I expected a lot more information and a lot less fluff and I did not expect to be hussled during class time. I didn't pay $5,000 for a glorified informercial and to be inundated with sales pitch after sales pitch after sales pitch ad infinitum.

The T/A was ever so basic BUT....you still need to follow the news and not just charts. The advice to "eliminate the noise" out there and not utilize the media is bad advice and cost many of us tens of thousands of dollars.

Does that answer your question Deaddog, Or do you need more?

And has been mentioned by many of us, the trainers were not that good. Most were downright boring.

And once again I ask, if their product is so good, why not offer at least a 30 day money back guarantee that will let you test the product isntead of hyping the value and setting the c lass after the 3 day right to cancel period.

When you say that it cost you tens of thousands of dollars, did you take losses of that amount of are you talking about money you could have made if you ignored what you were taught?

    Let me rephrase the question.
How did it costs many of you tens of thousands of dollars.

  7. It must feel like you and some classmates just got robbed for tens of thousands of dollars. Can you submit a claim with the SEC? Use small claims court?

It's tough, because I have a clue what they do: This is support, this is resistance. OK, watch volume, this indicator and that, and then maybe this pullback and that, and this entry and that, and all these stocks at once....oh look, it worked well on this one, but not those. And watch this news and that....

so you learn the markets are dynamic, and, well, good luck...

But if they said anything that was fraudulent, like about making tons of money or anything, maybe you have recourse.

  8. AM Banks - I am sure whatever was being offered was not worth $5,000.

What can you do? Let it go.

You actually learned a few invaluable lessons.

    1. Say what you like, but investing is gambling.
    2. Gambling isn't as chivalrous as you thought. About 90% of the time it is a drag.
    3. Forget investing.
    4. Spend your money on things you like. Have fun.

Here's a story. Played bridge in high school and poker in college. It took me about 10 years of card play, but I finally encountered someone who flat out cheated, like in having extra cards in his hand.

I think he cheated because he had to.

Be thankful that you do not have to cheat.

Give it time and it will pass.

    Start doing the bucket list.

  9. I repeat.......

As for what did I learn, I learned to look very closely at what OTA teaches and do the exact opposite and now my trading is doing very well thank you.
