Warning: Online Trading Academy (tradingacademy.com)

  1. LOL dude u need to relax. First of all-- I don't work for the company. I have taken the 7 day Protrader course, the 5 day Options course, the 3 day Tradestation platform immersion class, the 4 day Technical Analysis Online class, and am a member of XLT Stock and XLT Mastery...

What does "basic" mean? Well you came across as someone who had already a general knowledge of trading-- if that indeed is true in my opinion the CD course would probably be rather mundane.

With that said I will acknowledge that OTA's verbiage could probably be revamped describing the CD's... as the content that comes out of the live classes is exponentially more advanced. And no I am not a shill, although I will be prepared for you to point fingers no doubt.

Do me a favor-- I'd like to hear your explanation on how you would use let's say an indicator like CCI or MACD for a trading decision? How about give some indications on how you judge the validity and strength of a level? Just curious...

Now that u have basic knowledge about trading, u should place this quote below on your fridge:

More than 90% of small traders lose in a "Spectacular Fashion." They just lose!!

I hope u will be those 1 in 100 traders make it in this game something they don't teach u in the trading academy

    Good Luck

don't worry. u will find out. very rare for a rookie to make it out in this game for the first 3 years of live trading.

U don't need to prove anybody in this ET. Just count how much money u loss and figure out how much money u will lose.

  5. LOL I'm not a rookie trader FYI... I'm a rookie Elite Trader poster however. And I know EXACTLY why 90% fail in this business.. just curious if you do.

  7. LOL really now? Tell me how you define the strength of a level? Surely you can do it in a few bullet points... no?

  8. First, I know nothing about trading academy other than what I read here. With this said, what the poster wrote makes sense. Trading education does not lend itself to a cookie cutter type franchise like a KFC due to the changing nature if markets. If it did, the system could be computerized like WizeTrade and there would be no need to take the course just buy the system. Remember, you are buying from a franchisee who was trained in a system-- why does the franchisee need to sell education if the system itself made money? Something doesn't make sense. Any true professional trader isn't interested in teaching others or if is will do it gratis.

  9. You couldn't have said it better with your opening statement:

"First I know nothing about trading academy.."

Enough said. This isn't a "system". A "system" is not being sold. It is absolutely uncanny and fascinating to me how everyone and there mother thinks they have it figured out what OTA actually is teaching.

  10. What are they teaching that isn't already in the public domain for free?
