Right. Stocks also had a strong rally in 2004 for Bush's re-election, so it's not necessarily a partisan rally. There's usually a rally no matter the party or whether an incumbent or new president is elected. The election/post-election rally tendency is stronger if stocks fall in September/October...so this one could be big.
