    Is it normal that I got this error when posting a new message ?

    Warning: mail() [function.mail]: Failed to connect to mailserver at "postman.cniweb.net" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set() in E:\www2\vb\newreply.php on line 203
